As mentioned earlier, we at L'Ecole du Cuisinier Mondial are considering offering our students the option of extending their stay at Chateau Detilly by an additional week—in essence, transforming the chateau from an outstanding culinary school to elegant hotel.

After all, a single week of culinary education might well make anyone hunger for a chance to learn and do more—to visit additional area artisans, to check out other nearby villages (and possibly, attend another market), or simply to further explore this region's heady mixture of the medieval and the modern. After all, let's face it: having enjoyed a week of the splendor—and comfort—of Chateau Detilly, it's going to be hard to leave.

So what we would like you to tell us is this:
