Deposit and Balance of Payment
Entering your information into this form, which calls for a deposit of $1,500 per person traveling, will secure your reservation(s). If for any reason (either on your side or on ours) a booking cannot be confirmed immediately, your deposit will be returned to you just as rapidly. The balance of $2900 is due one month (30 days) before departure.
If you alter or cancel your booking
If you need to alter your booking subsequent to its confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $50 per person to cover the necessary administration costs. In addition, you may transfer your reservation to another suitable person without loss of deposit. However a new booking form must be completed and a charge of $100 will be made to cover the administration costs involved.
In the case of cancellation, the policy is simple: you may cancel up to 30 days before your scheduled session and receive a full refund of your deposit; however if we have not heard otherwise from you by this time period, we are entitled to retain your deposit of $1,500 in full, to compensate us for expenses already incurred.
